Technology transfer center specializing in digital technology which supports SMEs and mid-cap companies in their digital transformation and helps them adopt and integrate digital technologies (AI, Intelligent Systems, Robotics and Human-centered Systems). With a team of 40 employees (mainly doctors and engineers), CATIE is closely linked to local university research centers with which it collaborates on transfer programs. In addition, CATIE works with regional companies, experts in digital technologies and participates in European projects.

CEA Tech is the French Atomic Energy and Alternative Energy Commission technology research unit. This collaborative robotics platform is thus the meeting point between the CEA and its industrial partners for joint research and development on systems like cobots and exoskeletons which aims at making manual tasks easier, improving operator precision, and increasing productivity. The systems developed are either stationary, mobile, or remotely-operated for use in hostile environments.

The Technical Center for Mechanical Industry was established in France in 1965 in order to improve companies’ competitiveness through mechanical engineering, transfer of innovations and advanced manufacturing solutions. It is a founding member of the Alliance Industry of the Future.

Tecnalia France is located in New Aquitaine as part of a collaboration with the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region, the objective of which is to strengthen the capacity for innovation, development and transfer of technologies already existing in the territory at the service of regional businesses. Tecnalia France is now positioned in the sectors of health, renewable energies, cybersecurity and the industry of the future. In this field, Tecnalia combines a strong knowledge of the industrial and production world with recognized expertise in digital transformation technologies, such as agile, mobile or adaptive robotics adapted to the factory, intelligent systems, perception of the environment, Big Data and data analysis, the development of new services based on digitization, cybersecurity and industrial communication.

World-class research, technological innovation and entrepreneurial risk make up INRIA's DNA. ONERA is the French research center for the Aeronautics, Space and Defense (ASD) sector. ONERA, which employs a little less than 2,000 people nationally, the majority of whom are researchers and engineers. ONERA is developing work with high digital content in five major scientific fields: Advanced Numerical Simulation and Information and Systems Processing, Fluid Mechanics and Energetics, Materials and Processes, Physics (optronics, radar, natural environment).
